醒脑利咽按摩法联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中恢复期吞咽障碍临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑利咽按摩法联合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中恢复期合并吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。两组均给予脑卒中常规治疗,并行吞咽功能训练,治疗组加用醒脑利咽按摩法治疗。结果:治疗4周两组洼田饮水症状积分及MMASA评分均改善(P<0.05),治疗组洼田饮水症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),MMASA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。吸入性肺炎发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗2个月治疗组MMASA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑利咽按摩法联合吞咽训练治疗卒中后恢复期吞咽障碍疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingnao Liyan Massage combined with swallowing training in the treatment of stroke convalescence combined with dysphagia.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment for stroke and swallowing function training,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xingnao Liyan Massage.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of drinking water symptoms and MMASA scores in the two groups were improved(P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After 2 months of treatment,the MMASA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Liyan Massage combined with swallowing training has a good effect in the treatment of dysphagia in the recovery period after stroke.
