综合疗法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床疗效。方法:100例采用简单随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,观察组给予综合疗法(肩宁汤联合针灸)治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),SHSS评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CGRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05),BK、SP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in stageⅠ.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group were given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group were given comprehensive therapy(Jianning Decoction combined with acupuncture).Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SHSS score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CGRP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).BK and SP levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy has good curative effect in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in stageⅠ.
