火针配合防风通圣汤治疗慢性湿疹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合防风通圣汤治疗慢性湿疹的效果。方法:86例根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组予以派瑞松外用,研究组服用防风通圣汤并行火针治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组EASI症状积分中瘙痒程度、受累体表面积、颜色、丘疹、鳞屑、肥厚苔藓评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组皮肤水分、皮肤油脂含量均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清IL-4、IL-10含量均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清CRP、IL-2、IL-6含量均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合防风通圣汤治疗慢性湿疹疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of fire needling combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with external application of Perisone,while the study group were treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction and fire needle.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The EASI symptom scores of the two groups were decreased in the degree of pruritus,involved body surface area,color,papules,scales,and lichen hypertrophy,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The skin moisture and skin oil contents in both groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 in both groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP,IL-2 and IL-6 in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of chronic eczema.
