摘　　要：目的:观察红光照射联合电针治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用红光照射配合针刺治疗,对照组用电针配合针刺治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。面瘫症状改善及面部残疾指数降低治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红光照射配合针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of red light irradiation combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with red light irradiation combined with acupuncture,while the control group received electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of facial paralysis symptoms and the reduction of facial disability index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Red light irradiation combined with acupuncture has good curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis.
