摘 要:目的:分析2019年1月~2021年11月本院妊娠期女性产检尿液细菌培养的病原菌分布及耐药特点,为临床围产期合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对妊娠期女性产检中的清洁中段尿进行细菌鉴定及药敏试验,药敏结果依据美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)标准进行判读,采用WHONET 5.6软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:2019年1月~2021年11月本院共进行了22462份妊娠期女性产检尿液样本培养,共检出细菌503株,其中大肠埃希菌245株,无乳链球菌135株,粪肠球菌49株,肺炎克雷伯菌18株,奇异变形杆菌10株,其他病原菌46株。结论:妊娠期女性尿培养细菌在构成上与其他人群有一定差别,妊娠期尿标本分离细菌的耐药检测可为妊娠期女性尿路感染抗菌药物合理应用提供参考数据。Objective:The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance characteristics of urine bacteria culture of pregnant women in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were analyzed,so as to provide basis for rational selection of antibacterial drugs in clinical perinatal period.Methods:The bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test were carried out on the clean midpiece urine of pregnant women during the prenatal examination.The drug sensitivity results were interpreted according to the standards of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI),and the data was statistically analyzed by WHONET 5.6 software.Results:From January 2019 to November 2021,a total of 22462 urine culture samples of pregnant women in our hospital were collected,and 503 strains of bacteria were detected,including 245strains of Escherichia coli,135 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae,49 strains of Enterococcus faecalis,18strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,10 strains of Proteus mirabilis,and 46 strains of other pathogenic bacteria.Conclusion:The composition of bacteria in urine culture of pregnant women is different from that of other populations.The detection of drug resistance of bacteria isolated from urine samples during pregnancy can provide reference data for the rational application of antibacterial agents for female urinary tract infection during pregnancy.
