中国中部县域团属微信公众号信息生产者探析——基于湖北省保康团县委的田野调查

摘　　要：在改革和“互联网+”的时代大背景下,我国共青团组织探索基层共青团工作与互联网的深度融合,积极推进县域团属微信公众号体系的建设。利用田野调查法,以湖北省襄阳市保康团县委微信公众号为个案,通过传者、工具、内容、受众、效果五大环节探讨县域团属微信公众号的信息生产的组织结构与运营格局,论述中部县域团属微信公众号信息生产者的地位、功能、社会关系和角色,运用大众传播“四功能”说分析其得失、成因,发现团县委内部的领导决策是中部县域团属微信公众号的信息生产的关键;中部县域团属微信公众号的信息生产既要体现政治性,也要体现社会性;中部县域团属微信公众号的信息生产应与科学技术有机结合。In the context of reform and the era of"Internet+",China's Communist Youth League organizations have explored the deep integration of grassroots Communist Youth League work and the Internet,and actively promoted the construction of the county-level league-affiliated Wechat official account.This paper mainly uses the field investigation,taking the Wechat official account of the Communist Youth League of Baokang County,Hubei Province as a case,and discusses the organizational structure and operation of the information production of the Wechat official account of the county-level group through the five links of sender,tool,content,audience and effect pattern,discussing the status,function,social relationship and role of the information producers of Wechat official accounts in the counties in central China,and using the theory of the"four functions"of mass communication to analyze their pros and cons,and their causes.It is found that the decision-making of the leadership within the CPC Central Committee is the key to the information production of the Wechat official account of the central counties,and that the information production of the Wechat official account of the central China must reflect political and social nature;and that the production of information should be organically combined with science and technology.
