广西近十年结核病防治工作成就与展望

摘　　要：结核病是由结核分枝杆菌感染引起、主要经呼吸道传播的全身慢性传染病,是严重危害我国人民群众健康,制约经济和社会发展的重要疾病之一。广西是我国结核病疫情比较严重的地区。广西各级党委、政府一直高度重视结核病防治工作。广西自2004年全面推行现代结核病控制策略,全社会积极参与,各级结核病防治工作者共同努力落实各项结核病防控政策,防治服务体系不断完善,防治能力不断提升,肺结核疫情出现下降趋势,广西结核病防治工作取得了显著成绩。但结核病防治工作仍面临诸多挑战。该文就广西近10年结核病防治工作成就与展望进行综述。Tuberculosis is a systemic chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection,which is mainly transmitted through the respiratory tract.It is one of the important diseases that seriously endanger the health of the Chinese people and restrict economic and social development.Guangxi is an area with relatively severe tuberculosis epidemics in China.The Chinese Communist Party committees and governments at all levels of Guangxi have been attaching great importance to tuberculosis prevention and treatment.The Modern Tuberculosis Control Strategies have been implemented all over Guangxi since 2004,and the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis have been actively participated in by the whole society.Health workers in tuberculosis prevention and treatment at all levels have worked together to implement the tuberculosis prevention and control policies.The service system and the ability of tuberculosis prevention and treatment have been improved,and the prevalence of tuberculosis shows a downward trend in Guangxi.As a result,remarkable achievements have been made in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Guangxi.However,the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis still face many challenges.In this paper,the achievements and prospects on the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in Guangxi in the past decade are reviewed.
