摘 要:目的:探讨影像融合技术在冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变介入治疗中的应用。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年1月,我院50例冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变患者,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组单纯冠状动脉造影指导开通,观察组通过融合技术指导开通,分别对比分析两组患者手术并发症发生率,造影剂使用量及射线暴露时间等。结果:观察组总辐射时间、放射剂量、总手术时间、导丝数量、导丝通过时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。观察组支架置入数量及平均住院日与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组住院总费用与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后随访中观察组与对照组比较,肌酐值、NTpro-BNP两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:影像融合技术在冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变介入治疗中的应用,减少造影剂使用量及射线暴露时间。Objective: To explore the application of image fusion technology in interventional treatment of chronic coronary artery occlusion. Methods: 50 patients with chronic coronary artery occlusion in our hospital from August 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 in each group. The control group was opened only under the guidance of coronary angiography,and the experimental group was opened under the guidance of fusion technology. The incidence of surgical complications, the amount of contrast medium and the time of radiation exposure were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: there were significant differences in total radiation time, radiation dose,total operation time, number of guide wires and guide wire passing time between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the number of stent implantation and average length of stay between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05). There was significant difference in the total cost of hospitalization between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05). In the postoperative follow-up, there were significant differences in creatinine and NTpro-BNP between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: the application of image fusion technology in the interventional treatment of chronic coronary artery occlusion to reduce the dosage of contrast medium and the time of radiation exposure.
