摘  要:结合邯钢西区供用电系统节电技术的应用和综合管控情况,对钢铁企业节电措施进行实践,采取优化调荷提高变压器的负载率,利用就地补偿和集中补偿电容器等措施综合调控系统功率因数,统筹制定产线工艺设备经济运行模式,依托电力集控平台,推进“避峰就谷”生产等节电方式,在保证供用电系统安全可靠运行的同时,提高了供用电系统整体经济效益,综合降低了企业用电成本。The application of power-saving technology and comprehensive control of the power supply system in the west area of Hansteel are combined to practice power-saving measures for steel enterprises. Taking measures such as optimizing load regulation to improve the load factor of transformers, using local compensation and centralized compensation capacitors to comprehensively regulate the system power factor. Coordinating the economic operation mode of the production line process equipment, and promoting "peak load shifting" production and other power saving methods based on power centralized control platform. The above measures ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power supply system while improving the overall economic efficiency of the power supply system, which comprehensively reducing the cost of electricity for enterprises.
