摘  要:在钢铁冶金、化工等行业中合理选择大功率风机、泵类等电动机的调速方式对提高设备运行效率和生产技术经济性具有重要意义。以4 300 mm宽厚板生产线除尘系统工艺及设备现状为例,介绍了绕组式永磁调速器在除尘风机系统中的应用,并对绕组式永磁调速系统的运行原理、结构组成及应用改造效果进行阐述,与变频调速等方式进行对比,并将项目实施过程中的相关技术问题进行了说明。In the iron and steel metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries, the reasonable choice of high-power fans, pumps and other motor speed regulation is important to improve the operating efficiency of equipment and economy of production technology. Taking the current status of the process and equipment of the de-dusting system of 4 300 mm wide-thick plate production line as an example, the application of winding type permanent magnet speed regulator in the de-dusting fan system is introduced, the operation principle, structural composition and application transformation effect of the winding type permanent magnet speed regulating system are elaborated and compared with the frequency conversion speed regulating and other methods. The related technical problems during the project implementation are explained as well.
