摘  要:分析了莱钢宽厚板热处理生产线保安电源的现状,通过事故分析、负载计算,提出了UPS电池组改造和柴油发电机控制器升级方案,采取1组2 V蓄电池组替代5组12 V蓄电池组、电池状态在线监控、柴油机增加远程启动等措施,消除了电池组间放电不平衡、电池性能老化等设备隐患,保障了应急供电的安全稳定性。This article analyzes the current situation of the security power supply of the wide-thick plate heat treatment production line in Laisteel. Through accident analysis and load calculation, it proposes a UPS battery pack transformation and diesel generator controller upgrade program, taking measures such as one group of 2 V battery pack replacing five groups of 12 V battery pack, online monitoring of battery status, and adding remote start for diesel engine, which eliminates hidden equipment problems such as unbalanced discharge among battery packs and aging battery performance, so as to ensures the safety and stability of emergency power supply.
