摘  要:阐述了转炉一次烟气粉尘特征,在原湿式和干式除尘技术上,分析了超低排放组合工艺,如OG法+湿式电除尘技术、OG法+声波团聚除尘技术、LT法+袋式除尘技术、LT法+“煤冷前移”除尘技术等,对比了几种转炉一次烟气除尘组合技术在超低排放除尘改造中的优劣势,并对其发展进行展望,为转炉一次烟气超低排放改造和新技术开发提供参考。The characteristics of converter primary flue gas dust are described. On the basis of the original wet and dry de-dusting technologies,the combination processes of ultra-low emission,such as OG method + wet electric de-dusting technology,OG method + acoustic agglomeration dedusting technology,LT method + bag de-dusting technology,LT method + "gas cooler forward" dedusting technology,etc.,are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of several converter primary flue gas de-dusting combination technologies in the ultra-low emission de-dusting transformation are compared. It also outlooks its development to provide a reference for converter primary flue gas ultra-low emission retrofit and new technology development.
