摘　　要：煤气排水器是保障煤气管道安全运行的重要附属设备,一旦发生煤气泄漏会导致严重安全事故,为追求煤气排水器的安全可靠,更多的企业开始使用智能煤气排水器。至2021年底,首钢京唐公司完成了炼铁区域79%高炉煤气管道排水器的智能化改造,介绍了首钢京唐公司高炉煤气管道智能煤气排水器的结构及工作原理,评述了该型排水器的优点,评估了作业风险值,分析了存在的问题,并给出了改进建议。Gas drainer is an important accessory equipment to ensure the safe operation of gas pipeline as the gas leakage will lead to serious safety accidents. In order to pursue the safety and reliability of the gas drainer,more companies began to use intelligent gas drainer. By the end of 2021,Shougang Jingtang completed the intelligent transformation of 79% blast furnace gas pipeline drainer in the iron-making area. The paper introduces the structure and working principle of Shougang Jingtang′s blast furnace gas pipeline intelligent gas drainer, reviews the advantages of this type of drainer, evaluates the operation risk value,analyzes the existing problems and gives suggestions for improvement.
