摘  要:针对某电厂350 MW机组#2汽轮机三级抽汽工作温度高于设计值,影响#3高压加热器的安全和机组经济性的问题进行了分析,在机组不具备汽轮机揭缸检修、不违反锅炉安全技术规程的条件下,在机组正常运行期间,采用引入冷却蒸汽的措施将三级抽汽进行降温,使机组运行得到安全保障。措施执行后效果良好,可为同类型机组的同类问题提供借鉴。This article analyzes the problem occurred in a power plant’s 350MW unit #2 turbine that the tertiary steam extraction working temperature was higher than the design value,affecting the safety and unit economy of #3 high pressure heater.Under the condition that the turbine cannot be uncovered for maintenance and the boiler safety technical regulations were not violated,the measure of introducing cooling steam was used to cool down the tertiarysteam extractionduring the normal operation of the unit,so that the operation of the unit was safely guaranteed.The measures have been implemented with good results and can provide a reference for similar problems in the same type of units.
