摘 要:火电机组一般采用由给水泵汽轮机驱动给水泵提供动力的高压给水系统,给水泵汽轮机是高压给水系统的动力基础,为保证给水泵汽轮机正常出力,一般采用三路汽源进行无扰切换。就某350 MW机组电厂给水泵汽轮机因汽源切换造成的进汽管道开裂泄漏问题进行研究分析,并介绍相应处理方法。Thermal power units generally use a high-pressure water supply system powered by feed pump turbine driven feed pump,so the feed pump turbine is the power base of high-pressure water supply system. In order to ensure the normal output of the feed pump turbine,three steam sources for non-disturbance switchingare used in most cases.Study and analysis of a cracked steam inlet pipe leakage problem of feed pump turbine caused by steam source switching in a 350MW power plant were carried out and the corresponding treatment method was introduced.
