摘  要:针对某热电厂空压机冷却水水质差,导致冷却器堵塞、管道腐蚀漏油问题,将空压机冷却水由工业水改为闭式除盐水,并为其设计一套独立的闭式冷却水系统。闭式冷却水采用海水进行冷却,换热后的海水可供邻厂二次利用。运行结果表明:改造后的空压机冷却水系统能够保障机组安全稳定运行,有利于提高热电厂经济效益。In response to the poorcooling water quality of air compressor in a thermal power plant,which led to blockage of the cooler and oil leakage due to pipe corrosion,the air compressor cooling water was changed from industrial water to closed desalinated water,and an independent closed cooling water system was designed for it.The closed cooling water is cooled by seawater,and the seawater after heat exchange can be used for secondary use in neighboring plants. The operation results show that:the renovated air compressor cooling water system can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit,which is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the thermal power plant.
