摘 要:介绍镀锌线光整机高压水系统的原理,通过对某镀锌线光整机高压水系统的改进,使光整机高压水系统的流量平衡,避免了压力异常下降。改进后的光整机高压水系统清洗效果稳定,可保证轧辊表面清洁,解决了残留轧辊表面的锌灰富集造成的带钢表面辊印、色差等质量缺陷问题。The principle of high-pressure water system of finishing machine on a galvanizing line is introduced. By improving the high-pressure water system of the finishing machine,the flow rate of the high-pressure water system of the finishing machine was balanced and the abnormal pressure drop was avoided. The improved high-pressure water system of the finishing machine has a stable cleaning effect,which can ensure the cleanliness of the roll surface and solve the quality defects such as roll marks and color difference on the strip surface caused by the enrichment of zinc ash on the roll surface.
