摘  要:结合厂区排水系统阀门控制需要,结合现场无网络控制系统的现状,为减轻岗位人员操作负担,节约设备及施工成本。设计了一套排水管道阀门远程控制系统。采用了数传电台无线网络,把厂区排水阀门监控起来。并实时通信,实现远程监控,为生产调配、设备运行提供有效支撑。Combined with the needs of the plant drainage system valve control and the status of no network control system on site,in order to reduce the burden of personnel operation and save equipment and construction costs,a set of remote control system for drainage pipe valves was designed which uses a digital radio wireless network to monitor the drainage valves in the plant area. In addition,real-time communicationwas adopted to achieve remote monitoring,so as to provide effective support for production deployment and equipment operation.
