摘　　要：大数据背景下,采用智慧化学生工作模式可以为高校实施对标服务、精准思政提供助力。在梳理比较传统高校学生工作模式的基础上,依据系统论思想,结合新时代大学生的行为、心理特点构建“任务—数据—方法”三维高校智慧化学生工作模式理论模型,应用模型各要素、属性的内涵以及彼此之间存在的递进和并行关系,通过核心目标确认、工作任务与数据来源厘清、学生工作数据中心平台搭建等措施,实现学生工作模式的要素全息化、部门协同化、决策智慧化以及服务个性化。Intelligent student work mode plays a very important role in college student work.On the basis of combing and comparing the traditional college students’ work mode, according to the thought of system theory and combined with the behavior and psychological characteristics of college students in the new era, this paper constructs a three-dimensional theoretical model of "Task-Data-Method" intelligent college students’ work mode, applies the connotation of various elements and attributes of the model and the progressive and parallel relationship between them, and clarifies the core objectives, work tasks and data sources Student work data center platform construction and other measures to realize the holographic elements, departmental coordination, intelligent decision-making and personalized service of student work mode.
