摘　　要：目的通过建立区域胸痛专病救治能力评估考核体系,以评促建,为完善胸痛救治能力评估提供思路。方法采用专家打分法、德尔菲法、熵值法、因子分析明确胸痛救治能力综合评估指标、赋予指标权重,并进行实例验证。结果明确了含院前-院前院内衔接-院内救治3个部分的41项评价指标,并收集了5家医院的救治病例,验证了胸痛专病救治能力评估考核体系的可行性。结论对区域协同胸痛救治医疗机构救治能力进行综合评估,建立科学有效的可量化、可推广的评估指标体系。Objective To establish a regional chest pain specific disease treatment capability assessment and assessment system,and to provide ideas for improving the ability assessment of the chest pain treatment system.treatment system.Methods Using expert scoring method,Delphi method,entropy method factor analysis to clarify the comprehensive evaluation index of chest pain treatment ability,assign the index weight,and verify the case.Results 41 evaluation indexes including pre hospital,pre hospital connection and in hospital treatment were defined,and the treatment cases of 5 hospitals were collected to verify the feasibility of the evaluation and assessment system for the treatment ability of special diseases of chest pain.Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation of the treatment ability of regional cooperative chest pain treatment medical institutions should be carried out,and a scientific and effective quantitative and popularized evaluation index system should be established.
