摘　　要：目的研究沉浸式模块化训练在野战医疗队批量伤员救治培训中的应用效果,为完善野战医疗培训提供参考。方法选取某野战医疗队参加批量伤员战救技能及专项技能培训的60名护理人员作为主要研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,分别采用传统培训和沉浸式模块化训练方法进行培训。完成所有培训后对两组人员的理论水平、专项技能、案例分析进行相关考核,评价两组护士的培训效果。结果两组队员在年龄、工作年限、职称、学历等一般情况方面较一致;两组队员在理论与专科技能培训上成绩均能达到合格,结果对比差异无统计学意义[(87.900±5.117)vs(90.150±4.279),(92.000±3.758)vs(93.083±3.622)];在案例分析考核中,从整体看成绩均合格,研究组考核成绩均显著高于对照组[(74.500±5.283) vs(80.183±5.080),(73.5±5.639)vs(83.3±5.399),(67.377±5.015)vs(80.733±3.954)],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论沉浸式模块化训练应用于批量伤员救治培训在野战医疗队护士中的培训效果优于传统对照组培训,能够快速提升医疗队员的救治能力,为野战医疗队参加实战演练增加信心,提高战斗力发挥作用。Objective To provide a reference for health support service by studying the application effect of immersive modular training with batch casualty treatment in field medical team.Methods 60 nurses from a field medical team who participated in batch casualty group skills training were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and study group,and the traditional training method and immersive model training method were used for training respectively.After the training,the theoretical level,special skills and case analysis of the two groups of research subjects were assessed.Then the training effect of the two groups of nurses was evaluated.Results The two groups of team members are more consistent in terms of age,working years,professional title and education background;Both groups of team members can be qualified in the theoretical and specialized skills training results were not significant[(87.900±5.117)vs(90.150±4.279),(92.000±3.758)vs(93.083±3.622)];In the case analysis and assessment of the two groups of nurses,the results of the study group were significantly higher than the control group[(74.500±5.283)vs(80.183±5.080),(73.5±5.639)vs(83.3±5.399),(67.377±5.015)vs(80.733±3.954)](P<0.01).Conclusion The training effect of immersive modular training is significantly better than that of the traditional control group training,which was able to quickly and efficiently improve the treatment capabilities of the medical team members.The immersion modular training method can increase the confidence and combat effectiveness of the field medical team in the actual combat practice.
