摘　　要：人类的衰老是一个复杂的生理过程,随着年龄的增长,人体生理功能发生特征性改变,免疫系统功能也随之退化,出现免疫系统衰老,同时伴随相关疾病的发生,如心血管疾病、神经系统疾病及癌症等。随着人口老龄化的进展,衰老越来越受到人们的重视。该文将从先天性和适应性免疫系统及相关疾病等方面在衰老过程中的改变进行阐述,进一步明确衰老与免疫之间的联系。Human aging is a complex physiological process,with the increase of age,human physiological functions undergo characteristic changes,the immune system also degenerates with function,the emergence of immune system aging,while accompanied by the occurrence of related diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,nervous system diseases and cancer.With the progress of population aging,aging has received more and more attention.This paper will elaborate on the changes in the aging process in terms of congenital and adaptive immune system and related diseases,and further clarify the connection between aging and immunity.
