集约化管理模式联合无缝式陪护预防老年呼吸系统疾病住院患者院内感染及跌倒的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨集约化管理模式联合无缝式陪护用于老年呼吸系统疾病住院患者对院内感染及跌倒的预防效果。方法选择丽水市中心医院2020年6月至2021年6月92例老年呼吸系统疾病住院患者,经随机数字表法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用集约化管理模式联合无缝式陪护。比较2组院内感染发生情况、干预前后跌倒效能评分、跌倒发生情况、生活质量及护理质量。结果观察组院内感染发生率为8.69%,低于对照组23.91%(P<0.05);观察组干预后跌倒效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组跌倒发生率为4.35%,低于对照组17.39%(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理技能、护理态度、服务水平、沟通交流等维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集约化管理模式联合无缝式陪护能有效预防老年呼吸系统疾病住院患者院内感染及跌倒,提高患者的生活质量及护理质量。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of intensive management mode accompanied with seamless escort on nosocomial infection and falling in elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 92 elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases admitted to Lishui Central Hospital were enrolled between June 2020 and June 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(intensive management mode accompanied with seamless escort based on routine nursing)and control group(routinen ursing),46 cases in each group.The incidence of nosocomia linfection,score of falling efficiency,occurrence of falling,quality of life and nursing quality before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in observation group was lower than that in control group(8.69%vs.23.91%,P<0.05),score of falling efficiency was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),incidence of falling was lower than that in control group(4.35%vs.17.39%,P<0.05),quality of life score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05)and scores of nursing skills,nursing attitude,service level and communication were all higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intensive management mode combined with seamless escort can effectively prevent nosocomial infection and falling and improve quality of life and nursing quality in elderly inpatients with respiratory diseases.
