普济消毒饮加减联合抗生素对急乳蛾的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究普济消毒饮加减联合抗生素治疗急乳蛾的临床效果,以为临床提供一个疗效可靠、使用方便、可行性强的中西医结合治疗急乳蛾的新思路。方法:收集2021年1-11月在南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院就诊的急乳蛾患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为中药组、西药组和联合组,每组30例。中药组给予单纯普济消毒饮加减治疗,西药组给予头孢丙烯片治疗,联合组给予普济消毒饮加减联合头孢丙烯治疗,三组均治疗5 d,比较三组疗效、症状体征缓解情况。结果:中药组与西药组总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.098,P=0.754);联合组总有效率高于西药组、中药组,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044;χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023)。三组治疗后症状体征缓解情况对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且联合组治疗后症状体征缓解情况均优于西药组与中药组(P<0.05)。结论:普济消毒饮加减联合抗生素能更有效地救治急乳蛾,能更快更好地改善其病情,值得临床进一步深入推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute tonsillitis,in order to provide a reliable curative effect,convenient use,feasible combination of Chinese and western medicine to treat acute tonsillitis.Method:A total of 90 patients with acute tonsillitis in Suzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January to November 2021 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Combined group,30 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Puji Xiaodu Decoction,the western medicine group was treated with Cefprozil Tablets alone,and the combined group was treated with modified Xiaodu Decoction and Cefprozil Tablets,three groups were treated for 5 d.The curative effect,symptom and sign relief of three groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(χ^(2)=0.098,P=0.754).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than those of western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044;χ^(2)=5.192,P=0.023).There were statistically significant differences in the relief of symptoms and signs among three groups after treatment(P<0.05).The relief of symptoms and signs in combined group were better than that in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with antibiotics can more effectively treat acute tonsillitis and can improve its condition faster and better,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
