摘  要:目的:分析泌尿系结石成分构成及其临床特征与肾功能。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年10月常州市武进人民医院收治的120例泌尿系结石患者为研究对象。分析泌尿系结石成分构成。通过医院检验科进行血生化检查,测定患者肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN),分析不同泌尿系结石成分患者临床特征及肾功能。结果:本研究120例泌尿系结石患者中,以草酸钙结石占比最高,为79.17%,碳酸磷灰石占比(12.50%)低于草酸钙结石,尿酸结石占比为4.17%,胱氨酸结石占比为1.67%,其他成分为主构成占比为2.50%。不同泌尿系结石成分构成性别、BMI、肾脏部位、尿酸升高、尿液结晶对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同泌尿系结石成分构成年龄、输尿管部位、尿路感染、高血压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。120例泌尿系结石患者均进行血生化肾功能检测,肾功能正常10例,占比为8.33%,不同结石成分的患者肾功能对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.882,P=0.012)。结论:本院患者泌尿系结石成分构成中以草酸钙结石为主;不同结石成分患者的临床特征和肾功能有区别,可为临床病因诊断的参考依据。Objective:To analyze composition of urinary calculi and its clinical characteristics and renal function.Method:The clinical data of 120 patients with urinary calculi treated in Changzhou Wujin People’s Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were collected.The composition of urinary calculi was analyzed.Through the blood biochemical examination in the Laboratory Department of the hospital,the creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured,and the composition of urinary calculi and its relationship with clinical characteristics and renal function were analyzed.Result:Among the 120 patients with urinary stones in this study,calcium oxalate stones accounted for the highest proportion,79.17%,carbonate apatite (12.50%) was lower than calcium oxalate stones,uric acid stones accounted for 4.17%,cystine stones accounted for 1.67%,and other components accounted for 2.50%.There were no statistically significant differences in the composition of different urinary calculi,such as gender,BMI,kidney location,elevated uric acid,and urine crystallization (P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the composition of different urinary calculi,such as age,ureteral location,urinary tract infection,and hypertension (P<0.05).A total of 120 patients with urinary calculi were tested for blood biochemistry and renal function,and 10 patients with normal renal function,accounting for 8.33%.There was significant difference in renal function between patients with different stone components (χ^(2)=12.882,P=0.012).Conclusion:Calcium oxalate stone is the main component of urinary stones in our hospital.The clinical characteristics and renal function of patients with different stone components are different,which can be an reference for clinical etiological diagnosis.
