摘 要:目的:探究健康信念教育方式对脑卒中恢复期患者疾病认知、心理状态及健康行为的影响。方法:将福建省立医院北院2019年8月-2021年8月收治的86例脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为信念组(n=43)和康复组(n=43),信念组采用健康信念教育方式干预,康复组采用常规康复护理干预,比较两组干预前后认知功能、心理状态、健康行为。结果:两组干预后认知水平[简易智力状况检查量表(MMSE)评分]均明显提高(P<0.05),且信念组MMSE评分高于康复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且信念组SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均低于康复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后健康行为量表(HPL)评分均明显提高(P<0.05),且信念组HPL评分高于康复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康信念教育方式干预脑卒中恢复期患者,能够提高认知水平,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升睡眠质量,增加健康行为。Objective:To explore the influence of health belief education mode on disease cognition,mental state and health behavior of stroke patients in convalescence.Method:A total of 86 patients with stroke in convalescence admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital North Branch from August 2019 to August 2021 were divided into belief group (n=43) and rehabilitation group (n=43) by drawing lots.The belief group was intervened by health belief education,while the rehabilitation group was intervened by routine rehabilitation nursing.The cognitive function,mental state and health behavior of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:After the intervention,the cognitive levels[(mini-mental state examination,MMSE) scores]of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the MMSE score of the belief group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality quality index (PSQI) in the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the belief group were lower than those in the rehabilitation group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the health promotion lifestyle (HPL) scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the HPL score of the belief group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health belief education intervention in stroke patients in convalescence can improve their cognitive level,improve their anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality and increase their healthy behaviors.
