接骨续筋胶囊联合复方骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究接骨续筋胶囊联合复方骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法:将漳州市第三医院2019年1月-2021年10月收治的150例四肢骨折患者纳入研究,分组方法选用的是随机数字表法,对照组75例静脉滴注复方骨肽注射液+0.9%氯化钠注射液混合液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上口服接骨续筋胶囊治疗。比较两组骨折临床愈合时间,比较治疗前后临床症状评分、生长因子水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组临床症状评分、生长因子水平相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组胫骨干、肱骨干、股骨干及尺桡骨干骨折临床愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿胀、瘀斑及疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组骨形态发生蛋白、转化生长因子及碱性成纤维生长因子均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.67%(2/75),对照组为5.33%(4/75),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接骨续筋胶囊联合复方骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨折可缩短骨折临床愈合时间,缓解临床症状,改善生长因子水平且安全可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiegu Xujin Capsules combined with Compound Bone Peptide Injection in the treatment of limb fracture.Method:A total of 150 patients with limb fracture treated in the Third Hospital of Zhangzhou from January 2019 to October 2021 were included in the study.The grouping method was random number table.The control group was treated with Compound Bone Peptide Injection+0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection mixture intravenously,the study group was treated with Jiegu Xujin Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical healing time of fracture,clinical symptom score,growth factor level before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in clinical symptom score and growth factor level between two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical healing times of tibia shaft,humerus shaft,femoral shaft and ulnar shaft fractures in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of swelling,ecchymosis and pain in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the bone morphogenetic protein,transforming growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 2.67% (2/75),and the control group was 5.33% (4/75),and there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiegu Xujin Capsules combined with Compound Bone Peptide Injection in the treatment of limb fracture can shorten the clinical healing time,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the level of growth factor,which is safe and reliable.
