摘　　要：目的:探究宫腔镜下妊娠物清除术应用于稽留流产患者中的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年6月涟水县人民医院确诊为稽留流产的62例患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,各31例,常规组采用常规清宫术,研究组采用宫腔镜下妊娠物清除术。对比分析两组术后恢复情况、手术后3周子宫内膜厚度及宫腔粘连情况。结果:术后研究组月经恢复时间早于常规组,术后流血时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后3周研究组子宫内膜厚度小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后3周研究组宫腔粘连发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下妊娠物清除术应用于稽留流产患者中,有利于加速术后恢复,促进子宫内膜修复,降低宫腔粘连发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of removal of pregnancy objects under hysteroscopy in patients with missed abortion.Method:A total of 62 patients with missed abortion diagnosed in Lianshui County People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into routine group and study group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine uterine curettage,and the study group was treated with removal of pregnancy objects under hysteroscopy.The postoperative recovery,endometrial thickness of 3 weeks after operation and intrauterine adhesion of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The menstrual recovery time of the study group was earlier than that of the routine group,and the postoperative bleeding time was shorter than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three weeks after operation,the endometrial thickness of the study group was smaller than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three weeks after operation,the incidence of intrauterine adhesion in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of removal of pregnancy objects under hysteroscopy in patients with missed abortion is conducive to accelerate postoperative recovery,promote endometrial repair and reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesion.
