环境友好型呋喃基聚酰胺材料的制备与性能

摘　　要：为制备一种可再生环境友好型呋喃基化合物,利用生物质化合物2,5-呋喃二甲酸二甲酯代替石油基化合物分别与己二胺和癸二胺通过改进熔融缩聚法聚合得到新型环境友好型呋喃基聚酰胺材料,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、核磁共振光谱仪、凝胶色谱分析仪、X-射线衍射、差示扫描量热分析和热失重分析分别对合成聚合物的性能进行分析和表征。结果表明:成功制备了纯度高且粘均分子质量可以达到30 ku以上的聚酰胺材料;材料的最大热分解温度分别可以达到达到441.90和457.10℃,由于呋喃环结构导致所得呋喃基聚酰胺为半结晶聚合物,无明显熔点,玻璃化转变温度分别为116.52和129.95℃;紫外光照测试结果显示制备的呋喃基聚酰胺在720 h紫外光照后,颜色、重量及分子键内部结构均未发生明显变化。所制备的新型环境友好型呋喃基聚酰胺材料具有较高的分子质量、优异的热稳定性能与耐紫外性能。In order to prepare a kind of renewable and environmentally friendly furan-based compound,a new environmentally friendly furan-based polyamide material was synthesized by improved melt polycondensation method using biomass compound dimethyl 2,5-furandicarboxylate instead of petroleum-based compounds with hexanediamine and sebacdiamine,respectively.The structure and performance of the synthesized polymers were characterized by FT-IR,NMR,GCP,X-ray diffraction,DSC,TA and so on.The results show that the synthetic material has high purity and the viscosity average molecular weight can reach more than 30 ku.The results of thermogravimetric analysis show that PA6F and PA10F have good thermal stability and the maximum thermal decomposition temperatures are 441.90 and 457.10℃,respectively.However,due to the existent of furan ring,the furan-based polyamide is semi crystalline polymer and has no obvious melting point,with the glass transition temperature of116.52 and 129.95℃,respectively.The UV test results show that the prepared furanyl polyamide have excellent UV resistance.After 720 h UV irradiation,the color,weight and internal structure of molecular bonds are not changed significantly.New environment friendly furan-based polyamide materials have excellent thermal stability,high molecular weight and good UV resistance.
