摘  要:为解决电动汽车无线充电应用中电磁耦合机构长时间工作中铁氧体受振易碎、电磁耦合机构体积和质量大的问题,利用碳纤维屏蔽电磁波和吸能减振的特性,将碳纤维软磁复合材料作为导磁材料,分别建立了基于铁氧体和碳纤维软磁复合材料的仿真模型,设计并制作出碳纤维软磁复合材料,建立无线电能传输测试平台进行实验验证。结果表明:整块铁氧体的电场和磁场屏蔽最大数值分别为0.29 V/m和1.23×10^(-3)mT;碳纤维软磁复合材料的电场和磁场屏蔽最大数值分别为0.22 V/m和0.79×10^(-3)mT,铁氧体外侧加入两层碳纤维编织结构制成屏蔽材料,其磁场和电场屏蔽效果均优于铁氧体。In order to solve the problem that ferrite is fragile and the volume and weight of electromagnetic coupling mechanism are large,when electromagnetic coupling mechanism works for a long time in wireless charging application of electricvehicles,using the characteristics of carbon fiber shielding electromagnetic wave and energy absorption and vibration reduction,and carbon fiber soft magnetic composite material as the magnetic conductivity material,the simulation models based on ferrite and carbon fiber soft magnetic composite materials were established respectively.Carbon fiber soft magnetic composite material was designed and manufactured,and a test platform for wireless power transmission was established for experimental verification of transmission efficiency.The results showed that the maximum values of electric and magnetic field shielding of monolithic ferrite were 0.29 V/m and1.23×10^(-3)m T,respectively;the maximum values of electric and magnetic field shielding of carbon fiber soft magnetic composite materials were 0.22 V/m and 0.79×10^(-3)m T,respectively.The simulation results of the two shielding materials were compared.The simulation results showed that the magnetic field and electric field shielding effects of ferrite made by adding two layers of carbon fiber braided structure outside the ferrite were better than those of ferrite.
