摘 要:针对朔黄铁路一座曲线半径400 m桥梁线桥偏心严重的问题,对其轨道和桥梁结构的受力性能进行测试和分析,提出采用分次拨道的方法进行整治,对偏心量较大的上行线进行两次拨道,下行线一次拨道到位,最大拨道量305 mm。通过对拨道过程中轨道和桥梁结构动力性能的对比测试分析评价结构整治效果。分次拨道完成后,线桥偏心满足规范要求,且大偏心状态桥梁受力不利的内梁活载效应明显降低,结构受力状态改善;轨道结构脱轨系数、轮重减载率等均在容许范围之内,满足行车安全性要求。In view of the serious eccentricity of a curved bridge with 400 m radius in Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,the mechanical performance of the track and bridge structure was tested and analyzed. It was proposed to use the method of track shifting in several times for regulation,and the up line with large eccentricity was shifted twice,and the down line was shifted once in place,and the maximum dial amount was 305 mm. Through the comparative test and analysis of the dynamic performance of the track and bridge structures in the process of track shifting,the effect of structural renovation was evaluated. After the completion of track shifting in several times,the eccentricity of track and bridge can meet the requirements of the specification,and the live load effect of the inner beam with unfavorable stress of the bridge in the state of large eccentricity is significantly reduced,and the state of the structure is improved. Safety factors such as the derailment coefficient of the track structure and the wheel load reduction rate are all within the allowable range of the evaluation index,meeting the requirements of train safety.
