校企合作视域下江西通航旅游产业人才培养对策分析

摘　　要：进入新时代,江西正在奋力实现从航空资源大省向航空经济强省转变的目标,而培养优秀的通航旅游产业人才是支撑通航旅游高质量发展不可或缺的环节,在收集江西通航旅游产业人才培养现状资料的基础上,将影响通航旅游产业校企合作的各种因素加以分析整合,构建了通航旅游产业人才培养校企合作系统模型,并以该模型为基础对江西通航旅游产业人才培养提出相应的对策建议。In the new era,Jiangxi is striving to build the goal of transforming from a province with large aviation resources to a province with strong aviation economy.Cultivating excellent talents in the general aviation tourism industry is an indispensable link to support the high-quality development of general aviation tourism.Based on the collection of the current situation of talent training in the general aviation tourism industry in Jiangxi,various factors affecting the school enterprise cooperation in the general aviation tourism industry are analyzed and integrated.This paper constructs the school enterprise cooperation system model of talent training in navigation tourism industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for talent training in navigation tourism industry in Jiangxi on the basis of this model.
