摘 要:采用浸渍法与紫外光照射相结合的方法制备了三氧化二铁负载金属钯催化剂,并将其应用于邻氯硝基苯催化加氢反应。研究表明:三氧化二铁负载金属钯催化剂在邻氯硝基苯催化加氢反应中具有较高的反应活性和选择性,在一定反应条件下,邻氯硝基苯催化加氢反应转化率达到98%以上,产物邻氯苯胺的选择性达到90%以上,收率达90%以上。In this paper,a combination of impregnation method and ultraviolet light irradiation was used to prepare ferric oxide-supported metal palladium catalyst,and it was applied to the catalytic hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene.The research shows that FeOsupported metal palladium catalyst has high reactivity and selectivity in the catalytic hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene.Under certain reaction conditions,the conversion rate of the catalytic hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene reaches More than 98%,the selectivity of the product o-chloroaniline reaches more than 90%,and the percent yield reaches more than 90%.
