摘　　要：通过对釜式热缩聚工艺生产改质沥青过程中存在的反应釜管道易堵塞、反应釜使用周期短和反应釜倒釜操作生产中温沥青等问题进行分析,提出了由三釜串联改为四釜串联、增加排焦流程、改造闪蒸油集气管结构和改善倒釜操作流程等措施。通过以上措施的实施,使改质沥青反应釜使用周期得以延长,改质沥青收率得以提高。By analyzing the problems of modified bitumen in the kettle-type heat shrink process,such as reactor pipe easily blocked in the process of producing,short cycle of reactor use,and bitumen of medium temperature in the operation and production of reactor-type reverse kettle,etc.It was proposed improvement measures:changed from three kettles in series to four kettles in series,increased the slag removal process,transformed the structure of the flash oil catchment pipe,and improved the operation process of the inverted kettle.Through the implementation of the above measures,the use cycle of the modified bitumen reactor was extended and the yield of modified asphalt is increased.
