摘　　要：重点介绍了SOPRECO单炭化室调节系统原理、功能及设计要求,该套系统在攀钢钒7.0m大容积顶装焦炉成功投用,炭化室内压力保持稳定,配合无烟装煤车,基本做到装煤时无冒烟,并减轻结焦过程的煤气外溢。This article focuses on the principle of SOPRECO,function and design requirements of the regulation system of single carbonization chamber.This system was successfully put into use in the vanadium 7.0 m large volume top charging coke oven of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and the pressure in the carbonization chamber remained stable.With the help of the smokeless coal loading truck,it basically achieved no smoke during coal loading and reduced the gas overflow in the coking process.
