摘  要:为对现有的电力资源系统进行增容,某厂决定增购10台发电机组。本文基于TOPISIS理想模型拟定三种投资方案,并通过MATLAB计算分析,构建以将来值(F)、等年值(P)、资金回收率(CRF)为衡量指标的标准化属性决策表。通过求各方案正理想解与负理想解的距离,综合评价三种方案。结果表明,分别在第一年和最后一年投建5台机组的方案是经济性最优的投资方案。In order to increase the capacity of the existing electrical power system,a factory decided to purchase 10 additional electric generators.This paper proposed three kinds of investment schemes based on TOPISIS ideal model,and through the MATLAB calculation analysis,a standardized decision table with the future value(F),the equivalent annual value(P),and the recovery rate of funds(CRF)was constructed.By solving the distance between the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution of the three schemes,the advantages and disadvantages of these were comprehensively evaluated.The results show that the scheme of investing 5 electric generators in the first year and the last year respectively was the most economical investment.
