大学生心理社会能力培养面临挑战的定性研究

摘　　要：通过采用半结构化、面对面深度访谈方法,对5所高校的30名大学生和20名心理健康教师进行访谈,结果表明,大学生心理社会能力培养过程中面临内外两个层次的挑战。内在层次包括自我认知偏差、人际交往能力不足、生理缺陷,外在层次包括社会负面效应和原生家庭影响。By using semi-structured, face-to-face in-depth interview method, interviews were conducted with 30 college students and 20 mental health teachers from 5 universities.The results show that college students face both internal and external challenges in the process of cultivating psycho-social competence.The inner level includes self-cognitive deviation, inadequate interpersonal skills and physical defects.The external level includes negative social effects and influence of family of origin.
