摘 要:采用2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC)对制浆黑液中提取的木质素进行改性制备木质素季铵盐(木质素-EPTAC)。采用红外、热重、X射线光电子能谱、元素分析等手段对改性后的木质素进行结构和性能分析。分别探究了温度、时间、木质素-EPTAC用量、pH对模拟以及染发废水去除率的影响。结果表明,木质素-EPTAC对刚果红溶液吸附最优条件为:木质素-EPTAC质量浓度为95 mg/L,处理时间为30 min,温度为40℃,pH为10,在此条件下去除率为89.7%。在对染发废水处理过程中,当木质素-EPTAC质量浓度为270 mg/L时,对废水具有最佳的去除率,去除率为96.1%。当木质素-EPTAC质量浓度为460 mg/L时,对A、B、C混合染发废液具有最佳的处理效果,最佳去除率为98.1%。Lignin extracted from black liquor was modified with 2,3-epoxy-propyl trimethylammonium chloride(EPTAC),and lignin quaternary ammonium salt was prepared.The modified lignin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and elemental analysis.The effects of temperature,time,lignin-EPTAC dosage and pH value on the removal rate of simulated hair dyeing wastewater were investigated respectively.The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions of Congo red solution by lignin-EPTAC were as follows:the dosage of lignin-EPTAC was 95 mg/L,the treatment time was 30 min,the temperature was 40℃,the pH was 10,and the removal rate was 89.7%under these conditions.In the process of hair dyeing wastewater treatment,when the amount of lignin-EPTAC was 270 mg/L,it has the best removal rate of wastewater,the removal rate was 96.1%.When the lignin-EPTAC concentration is 460 mg/L,the treatment effect of A,B,C mixed waste liquid is the best,the best removal rate is 98.1%.
