摘　　要：国家高新区是科技创新的主阵地,也是经济高质量发展的先行区。通过多期双重差分模型研究设立国家高新区对城市居民收入的影响及其机制发现:设立国家高新区能够提升居民收入水平且动态效应显著。调节作用研究表明:在不同政府管理效能水平下,设立国家高新区对城市居民收入的影响呈现出较大差异,能够显著提升二线及以下城市的收入水平;国家高新区对开通高铁的城市增收效果显著。路径机制检验表明:国家高新区可以通过增加规上工业企业利润、促进低端生产性服务业集聚来提高城市居民收入。此外,国家高新区能够强化省域经济辐射能力。因此,应充分发挥国家高新区增收的长效带动机制,增强国家高新区对高端生产性服务业的吸引力,激发其辐射带动作用,从而更好促进城市居民增收。National high-tech zones are the main position for scientific and technological innovation and the pilot zone for high-quality economic development.Using the multi-stage DID model to explore the impact of national high-tech zones on urban residents'income and its mechanism,it is found that establishment of national high-tech zones can increase residents'income,and the dynamic effect is significant.Research on the moderating effect shows that under different levels of government management efficiency,the impact of national high-tech zones on the income of urban residents is quite different,which can significantly improve the income level of second-tier and lower cities.The national high-tech zone has a significant effect on increasing the income of cities with high-speed rail.The path mechanism test shows that the national high-tech zone can increase the income of urban residents by increasing the profits of industrial enterprises above the designated size and promoting the agglomeration of low-end productive service industries.In addition,the national high-tech zones can strengthen the provincial economic radiation capacity.Therefore,we should give full play to the long-term driving mechanism of income increase of national high-tech zones,enhance the attraction of national high-tech zones to high-end producer services,and stimulate their radiation and driving role,so as to better promote the income increase of urban residents.
