从马克思劳动正义论看当代青年“躺平”现象

摘　　要：劳动正义是马克思经济正义论的精神实质,为我们分析当代青年“躺平”现象提供了重要指导。劳动主体正义缺失,即劳动对劳动者带来的有害性超过有用性,是当代青年“躺平”的深层原因。从劳动客体正义看,人们在生产资料及财产性收入获取方面严重不平等是一些人们“躺赢”的重要条件,增强了当代青年“躺平”的正义感。享用足够的财富,实现人生幸福是人们进行劳动的根本动机与目的,努力劳动却无法实现这些动机和目的是当代青年“躺平”的深层动因。劳动是过程性活动,过程不正义的劳动是造成当代青年“躺平”的重要原因。实行劳动正义是促使“躺平”青年站起来的重要途径。Labor justice is the spiritual essence of Marx’s theory of economic justice,which provides important guidance for us to analyze the“lying flat”phenomenon of contemporary youth.The lack of justice of the labor subject,which means the harmfulness of labor to workers exceeds the usefulness,is the deep reason for contemporary youth to lie flat.From the perspective of labor object justice,the serious inequality in people’s access to the means of production and property income is an important condition for some people to“win effortlessly”,which has enhanced the sense of justice of contemporary youth.Enjoying enough wealth and happiness in life are the fundamental motivation and purpose for people to work,but hard work failing to achieve these motives and purposes is the deep motivation for contemporary youth to“lie flat”.Labor is a procedural activity,and the unfair labor in the process is an important reason for the“lying flat”of contemporary youth.The implementation of labor justice is an important way to promote the youth who lie flat to stand up.
