摘 要:为获得兼备高弹性模量与高强塑性的铝基复合材料,采用等径角半固态挤压(ECASE)方法制备了镀镍金刚石/2A12复合材料,对复合材料的界面构成,等径角半固态挤压道次与基体晶粒尺寸、镀镍金刚石分散性和力学性能之间的关系进行了研究.结果表明:金刚石颗粒表面镀镍可阻止AlC的生成,复合材料的界面构成为diamond-Ni-NiAl-Al;3道次的等径角半固态挤压,兼有良好地改善镀镍金刚石颗粒分散性以及细化、均匀化基体晶粒组织的双重作用.复合材料的弹性模量随镀镍金刚石分散性的提高而提高,在5道次挤压时达到了与理论值趋近的最大值99.4 GPa;复合材料的强塑性则主要受晶粒细化与均匀化程度的影响;在挤压道次为3时,获得了最佳综合力学性能的3 vol.%镀镍金刚石/2A12复合材料,其弹性模量、屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率分别为96.7 GPa、253 MPa、356.6 MPa、8.94%.In order to obtain an aluminum matrix composite material with both high elastic modulus and high strength plasticity,the nickel-coated diamond/2 A12 composite materials were prepared by the Equal Channel Angle Semi-Solid Extrusion(ECASE)method.The interface of Ni coated diamond/2 A12 composites and the relationship between equal channel angle semi-solid extrusion passes and matrix grain size,diamond dispersion and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that Ni coating on diamond surface can prevent the formation of AlC,the interfacial relationship between diamond,Ni and Al is diamond-Ni-NiAl-Al;Three-pass equal channel angle semi-solid extrusion has the dual effects of improving the dispersion of nickel-coatd diamond particles and refining/homogenizing the matrix grain microstructure.The elastic modulus of the composite material increases with the increase of the dispersion of nickel-coated diamond,and reaches the maximum value of 99.4 GPa,which is close to the theoretical value after 5 passes of extrusion;and the strength plasticity of composites is mainly affected by the degree of grain refinement and homogenization.When the extrusion pass is 3,the 3 vol.%Ni coated diamond/2 A12 composite with best mechanical properties is obtained,with 96.7 GPa elastic modulus,253 MPa yield strength,356.6 MPa tensile strength,and 8.94%elongation.
