摘　　要：评估真实世界研究血必净对继发性腹膜炎合并脓毒症患者临床疗效、炎症反应及肠黏膜屏障的影响.收集2019年至2021年就诊的继发性腹膜炎合并脓毒症患者共108例.根据是否使用血必净治疗分为对照组49例和血必净组59例.对比两组临床治疗效果、炎症反应指标和肠黏膜屏障功能.结果表明:治疗前两组APACHEⅡ评分、炎症反应指标、肠黏膜屏障功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后两组的上述指标均明显改善,且血必净组APACHEⅡ评分、炎症反应指标、肠黏膜屏障功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究说明:继发性腹膜炎患者早期即出现免疫功能失调及肠黏膜屏障功能受损;血必净注射液对继发性腹膜炎致脓毒症患者早期炎症反应及肠黏膜屏障存在积极的调控作用,有助于改善继发性腹膜炎患者的预后.This research aims to evaluate the effect of Xuebijing(XBJ)on the clinical efficacy,inflammatory response and intestinal mucosal barrier in patients with secondary peritonitis-related sepsis in real world study.A total of 108 patients with secondary peritonitis-related sepsis from 2019 to 2021 were collected.There were 49 patients in the control group and 59 patients in the XBJ group.The clinical treatment effect,inflammatory response index,and the function of intestinal mucosal barrier before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference in APACHEⅡscore,inflammatory response index and intestinal mucosal barrier function in both groups before treatment(P>0.05).The above indicators in both groups improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in XBJ group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients with secondary peritonitis-related sepsis have early impaired immune dysfunction and impaired intestinal mucosal barrier.XBJ injection can inhibit early inflammatory response and repair injured intestinal mucosal barrier,which helps to improve the prognosis of the patients with secondary peritonitis.
