摘  要:为研究干粉灭火剂颗粒性质参数对气固两相射流流动特性的影响规律,基于ANSYS Fluent计算平台,采用欧拉-欧拉模型对湍射流外流场进行三维数值模拟研究。通过试验验证数值模拟模型及结果的准确性,分析干粉颗粒浓度和密度参数对喷射器外部气固两相流场及地面扩散效应的影响规律。研究结果表明,不同干粉颗粒浓度和密度对气固两相喷射特性及颗粒空间分布具有显著影响。颗粒浓度与射流冲击后粉末覆盖区域面积及固相浓度呈正相关,气相速度场剧烈变化。随着颗粒密度的增大,喷射距离呈现增大趋势,地面粉末分布由U形逐步向V形转变,干粉颗粒集中性更佳。In order to study the effects of the dry powder particle properties on the flow characteristics of the gas-solid twophase turbulent jet flow, the Eulerian-Eulerian model is used to simulate the outflow field based on the software ANSYS Fluent.The model and the results are verified. The influences of the particle concentration and particle density on the two-phase flow field and the discharge performance of the powder jet are analyzed. It is clearly revealed that the powder injection with different particle concentrations and particle density exhibit significant influence on the behavior and characteristics of the particleladen jet flow. As the particle concentration increases, the air velocity field changes dramatically, and the jet solid volume distribution value increases significantly. With the increase of particle density, the injection distance increases, and the spread of solid particles become narrower with a transition from Ushaped to V-shaped structure on the ground.
