疫情背景下国际主流英文媒体“一带一路”热门报道框架---基于大数据的扎根研究  

BRI News Frames of International Mainstream English Media Under the Epidemic:A Grounded Research Based on Big Data

摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延和全球经济衰退的背景下,中国推进开放合作的“一带一路”面临什么新的国际舆论环境?研究基于大数据库所得国际主流英文媒体“一带一路”热门报道,采用扎根理论的研究方法分析热门报道的报道框架。研究发现:国际主流英文媒体“一带一路”热门报道大多围绕经贸合作和国际关系展开,主要有“一带一路”获赞与受质疑并存、“一带一路”背景下的国际关系友好与紧张并存、“一带一路”背景下的经贸合作机遇与债务问题并存和“一带一路”背景下的中国发展与问题并存四个主题报道框架,并形成了“一带一路”国际主流英文媒体报道框架间逻辑关系模型。研究认为:在经贸合作方面,中国应积极提升经贸国际制度话语权,传播绿色“一带一路”发展理念;在国际关系方面,中国需理性看待“地缘政治”质疑,在推进“一带一路”多边合作的同时,积极开展国际媒体合作。Under the background of the global spread of COVID-19 and the global economic recession,what is the new international public opinion environment to promoting the Belt and Road initiative under the guidelines of opening-up and cooperation?Based on the heated news on BRI from international mainstream English media available from the targeted database,this study analyzed the reporting frame of the above news with the grounded theory as research method.The study found that the reports of BRI in the international ma-instream English media mainly focus on trade cooperation and international relations,and mainly have four thematic reporting frames,namely"BRI gets both praise and criticism","the international relations under the background of BRI are both friendly and tense","economic cooperation opportunities and debt issues co-exist under the background of BRI"and"China's development and issues coexist under the background of BRI".Meanwhile,the relational model of"the Belt and Road"international mainstream media reporting framework is also formed.According to the study,in terms of economic and trade cooperation,China should actively enhance the voice over international regimes in the field of economic and trade,and spread the con-cept of green"the Belt and Road"development concept.In terms of international relations,China needs to rationally view the widespread doubts of"geopolitics"and actively carries out international media coopera-tion while promoting multilateral cooperation under BRI.
