新媒体时代网络文明建设的三重维度

摘　　要：新媒体时代,加强网络文明建设是社会主义精神文明建设的必然要求和核心内容。网络文明建设面临着信息、工具与用户的三重困境。由于虚假信息与诈骗信息屡禁不止、网络信息的庸俗化与碎片化程度加深以及主流价值观的消解,网络信息受到一定程度的污染;媒介工具的反向驯化以及技术主导生产下的信息束缚致使网络用户产生强烈的工具依赖,网络用户的视野趋向于窄化和极化;网络用户对权力驾驭的迷茫心态以及网络参与行为中的游戏化倾向为网络治理带来了不稳定因素。新媒体时代,网络文明建设有三个重要维度,即内容维度、技术维度与情感维度。加强网络文明建设需要德治与法治相互协同、共同发力,以辩证思维厘清“人”与“技术”之间的相互关系,树立“人机同构”的整体性思维,并以弘扬和培育社会主义核心价值观作为网络文明建设的关键点,通过思想道德培育和理想信念感化,促使社会主义核心价值观内化为网络用户稳定而持久的情感认同状态。In the era of new media,strengthening the construction of network civilization is the inevitable requirement and core content of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.The construction of network civilization faces with three dilemmas:information,tools and users.Network information is polluted to a certain extent due to the continuous prohibition of false information and fraudulent information,the deepening of vulgarization and fragmentation of network information and the dissolution of mainstream values.The reverse domestication of media tools and the information constraint of technology-led production lead to the strong tool dependence of network users,and the vision of network users tends to be narrow and polarized.The confused attitude of network users to power control and the tendency of gamification in network participation behavior bring unstable factors to network governance.In the era of new media,the construction of network civilization has three important dimensions,namely content dimension,technology dimension and emotion dimension.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of Internet civilization virtue with mutual synergy together,under the rule of law,to clarify the dialectical thinking"man"and the relationship between"technology",set"manmachine isomorphism"the integrity of thinking,and to carry forward and cultivate the socialist core values as the key point of network civilization construction,through the ideological and moral cultivation and ideal faith influence,and to promote the internalization of socialist core values into a stable and lasting emotional identity state of network users.
