国标《烧结墙体材料和泡沫玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额》解读

摘　　要：节能减排是建材行业转型发展的重要措施,其中烧结墙体材料和泡沫玻璃产品在国内和国际市场都有大量的需求。GB 30526-2019《烧结墙体材料和泡沫玻璃单位产品能源消耗限额》于2020年5月1日开始实施。通过介绍该标准的编制原则.能耗指标取值原则、泡沫玻璃产品生产工艺和水平、能耗的组成及能耗等级指标确立,以期使生产企业及其他标准使用者更好地理解和使用该标准。Energy conservation and emission reduction are important measures of transformation and development.Sintering wall materials and foam glass products are in great demand in both domnestic and international market.CB 30526-2019"The norm of energy consumption for unit produet of sintered wall materials and cellular glass"was implemented on May Ist,2020.This paper introduces the compilation principle of the stan-dard,the value principle of energy consumption index,the production process and level of foam glass products,the composition of energy consump-tion and the establishment of energy consumption grade index,which will help manufacturers and other standard users can better understand and use this standard.
