摘 要:随着对混凝土要求的不断提高,混凝土组分设计的合理性与科学性显得更加重要。目前对于超高性能混凝土等部分新型混凝土,缺乏相应的规范对其组分设计提供有针对性的指导,行业普遍认为采用紧密堆积理论指导混凝土颗粒级配最优化,能够实现混凝土尤其是新型混凝土的经济性和实用性。紧密堆积理论主要有最大密度曲线理论基础上发展出来的连续级配理论体系,以及粒子干涉理论基础上发展出来的间断级配理论体系,另外还有近几年发现的湿拌状态下的堆积理论-湿堆积理论。介绍并评价了适用于混凝土组分设计的紧密堆积理论的发展历程及研究成果,以期为紧密堆积理论更好地应用于混凝土材料组分优化设计提供参考。With the cont inuous improvement of people's requirements for concrete,the rationality and scien-tificity of concrete component design become more and more important.At present,for some new types of concrete,such as ultra-high performance concrete,there is a lack of corresponding specifications to provide targeted guid-ance for its component design.The industry generally believes that the use of close packing theory to guide the op-timization of concrete particle gradation can realize the economy and practicality of concrete,especially new types.of concrete.The close packing theory is mainly divided into the continuous grading theory system based on the maxi-mum density curve theory,the intermittent grading theory system based on the particle interference theory,and the wet packing theory developed in recent years.This paper introduces and eva luates the development history and re-search results of close packing theory,which is applicable to concrete component design,in order to provide a ref-erence for the better application of close packing theory to the component opt imization design of concrete materials.
