摘　　要：搪玻璃设备广泛用于化工、医药、染料等行业,其金属基体内表面上经高温烧结形成的搪玻璃层具有一定的抗机械冲击、耐绝缘性能,能够经受恶劣的化学反应环境和强酸强碱的侵蚀。简单介绍了搪玻璃产品的生产加工工艺,分析了搪玻璃釉料制备和增韧方法、搪玻璃烧结工艺质量控制等最新研究进展。Glass-lined equipment was widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye and other industries.The glass-lined layer formed by high temperature sintering on the inner surface of the metal substrate had certain resistance to mechanical shock and insulation, and could withstand harsh chemical reaction environment and strong acid and alkali erosion. The production and processing technology of glass lined products were briefly introduced,and the latest research progress in the preparation and toughening methods of glass lined glaze and the quality control of glass lined sintering process were analyzed.
