摘　　要：阻火器在石油化工、天然气等可燃性气体或蒸气的安全生产、运输、储存中起着越来越重要的作用。根据标准ISO16852研制了管道阻火器阻火性能测试系统及压力损失-通气量测试系统,并给出了测试结果及相关分析。根据该测试结果可以准确判断阻火器的各项性能参数是否满足标准,以及根据用户的使用工况,快速确定符合要求的阻火器类型及尺寸。Flame arresters played an increasingly important role in the safe production,transportation and storage of flammable gases or vapors such as petrochemicals and natural gas.According to the standard ISO16852,the fire resistance performance test system and pressure loss-ventilation test system of pipeline flame arrester were developed,and the test results and related analysis were given.According to the test results,it was possible to accurately judge whether the performance parameters of the flame arrester meet the standards,and quickly determine the type and size of the flame arrester that met the requirements according to the user’s operating conditions.
