摘  要:安全阀是承压设备中常用的超压泄放装置。选取实际检验过程中遇到的氨贮液器为研究对象,根据相关设计参数,对该设备的安全阀进行了火灾工况下的分析工作,并参照有关标准计算了设备安全泄放量及安全阀最小泄放面积,最终得到所选安全阀的流道直径。Safety valve was a commonly used overpressure relief device in pressure equipment.The ammonia reservoir encountered in the actual inspection process was selected as the research choice.According to the relevant design parameters,the safety valve of this equipment was analyzed under the fire condition,and the safety discharge capacity of the equipment and the minimum discharge area of the safety valve were calculated according to the relevant standards,and finally the flow path diameter of the selected safety valve was obtained.
